Automatic plant for continuous sandwich panels production, with PIR and Mineral Wool
Robor is a fully automated line for continuous production of PIR sandwich panels for roof and wall applications especially for industrial cold rooms and buildings’ cladding. It has integrated roll forming lines for online production of metal profiles. It also has foaming station for automatic foam dosing and a double belt conveyor for continuous pressing and shaping the panels. Cutting, cooling, stacking and packing stations are integrated to the line and are fully CNC controlled. Robor empowers sandwich panels’ manufacturing solutions with highest level of quality and productivity with minimum manpower and cost.
Steel frames for multi-storey buildings: Samesor® Prefab Superior
Samesor® Prefab Superior permits a brand-new level of sheet metal use in the building frameworks. Samesor® Prefab Superior combines a 3D-modelling software application with a totally automated production machine. C, U, Z and Sigma profiles are produced with all the necessary sheet working details to create a steel framework (sheet thickness range: 1–4 mm; profile web width range: 100–450 mm). TSSC now produces prefabricated members and frames for multi-storey buildings such as labor camp, as well as prefabricated purlins and structures for industrial buildings like warehouses and poultry and framing elements for other needs in building construction – all from one machine.
State-of-the-art aluminum and glazing fabrication factories
Equipped with the latest Aluminium & Glazing fabrication equipment such as CNC and other tooling machines TSSC is capable of timely producingr of a range of products like curtain wall series, doors, windows, glass partitions and skylights for mega housing and building projects within the region. The automated CNC Cladding machine has a capacity of 200+ sqm routing /day (Sheets thickness range: 2mm - 10mm; sheet sizes 2m - 6m. Aluminum profile milling, drilling, slot cutting & shearing is possible up to lengths of 7m with are fully CNC controlled Aluminum Profiles milling machine. Our high precision glass cutting line allows for high production cutting of glass mirror with precision in a timely manner and has a capacity of 400+ sqm/ per day capacity (Glass thickness range: 3mm - 16mm)
